Nasıl sipariş verebilirim?

Ürünü sepete ekleyin, sepetten "Siparişi Tamamla"ya basın. Siparişi tamamlamak için ücretsiz üye olmanız ya da giriş yapmanız yeterlidir. Siparişinizi aldıktan sonra sizi arayarak onaylarız. Dilerseniz sepetinizi WhatsApp ile de gönderebilirsiniz.

Hangi ödeme yöntemlerini kabul ediyorsunuz?

Kapıda nakit, kapıda kredi kartı, havale/EFT veya mağazada ödeme. Sitemizde online kart bilgisi istenmez. Havale/EFT seçerseniz banka bilgileri sipariş onayıyla birlikte size iletilir.

Teslimat ne kadar sürer?

KKTC'nin her yerine teslimat yapıyoruz. Teslimat zamanı, siparişiniz onaylanırken size bildirilir. Dilerseniz siparişinizi Rauf Denktaş Caddesi'ndeki mağazamızdan da teslim alabilirsiniz.

Siparişimin durumunu nereden takip edebilirim?

Giriş yaptıktan sonra sağ üstteki hesap simgesinden "Siparişlerim" bölümüne girin. Siparişin alındı, onaylandı, hazırlanıyor, yolda/mağazada hazır ve teslim edildi aşamalarını buradan görebilirsiniz.

Doğru bedeni nasıl seçerim?

Ürün sayfasında stokta olan bedenler gösterilir. Emin değilseniz WhatsApp'tan ölçülerinizi yazın, size uygun bedeni önerelim; ya da mağazamıza gelip ürünü deneyin.

Euro fiyatlı ürünleri TL olarak ödeyebilir miyim?

Evet. Euro fiyatlı ürünlerin yanında Sun Döviz satış kuruna göre yaklaşık TL karşılığı gösterilir. Kesin tutar, ödeme günündeki kura göre hesaplanır.

Ürünü iade veya değişim yapabilir miyim?

Evet, İade Koşulları bölümündeki şartlara uygun ürünler için iade ve değişim yapılır.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and press "Checkout". You just need to sign up for free or log in. We call you to confirm once we receive your order. You can also send your cart via WhatsApp.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery, card on delivery, bank transfer or payment in store. No card details are requested online. If you choose bank transfer, the bank details are sent with your order confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver anywhere in North Cyprus. The delivery time is confirmed when your order is approved. You can also pick up your order from our store on Rauf Denktaş Avenue.

Where can I track my order?

After logging in, open "My Orders" from the account icon at the top right to see each stage of your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Only sizes in stock are shown on the product page. If you're unsure, send us your measurements on WhatsApp or come and try the product in our store.

Can I pay for euro-priced items in TL?

Yes. An approximate TL amount based on the Sun Döviz selling rate is shown next to euro prices. The exact amount is calculated at the rate on the payment day.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, for products that meet the conditions in our Return Policy.

Siparişler ve fiyatlar

• Siteden verilen siparişler, GPZ Bike Point tarafından telefonla veya mesajla onaylandıktan sonra kesinleşir.
• Ürün fiyatları ve stok durumu önceden haber verilmeden değişebilir. Bir siparişte fiyat veya stok hatası olursa sizi bilgilendirir, siparişi güncelleriz ya da iptal ederiz.
• Euro fiyatlı ürünler için gösterilen TL tutarları bilgi amaçlıdır; ödeme günündeki kur geçerlidir.

Kullanım

• Siteyi yasalara aykırı amaçlarla, başkası adına sahte sipariş vermek için veya sitenin çalışmasını bozacak şekilde kullanamazsınız.
• Sitedeki ürün fotoğrafları, logo ve içerikler GPZ Bike Point'e veya ilgili marka sahiplerine aittir; izinsiz kopyalanamaz.
• GPZ Bike Point bu sözleşmeyi güncelleyebilir. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfada yer alır.

This agreement sets out the terms of use between GPZ Bike Point and people who use or sign up to gpzbike.com. By signing up you accept these terms.

Membership

• The name, phone, email and address you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.
• You can contact us at any time to have your account deleted.

Orders and prices

• Orders placed on the site become final once GPZ Bike Point confirms them by phone or message.
• Prices and stock may change without notice. If there is a price or stock error in an order, we will inform you and update or cancel the order.
• TL amounts shown for euro-priced items are for information; the rate on the payment day applies.

Use

• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to place fake orders on behalf of others, or in a way that disrupts the site.
• Product photos, the logo and content belong to GPZ Bike Point or the respective brand owners and may not be copied without permission.
• GPZ Bike Point may update this agreement. The current version is always on this page.

GPZ Bike Point collects personal data only as far as needed to provide its service and protects it in line with the applicable data protection legislation.

What we collect

• Account details: first and last name, phone, email, city and address.
• Order details: the products, sizes, delivery and payment choice and order note.
• Your password is never stored in plain text; it is kept as an irreversible hash.

How we use it

• To receive, confirm, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Where needed for delivery, your name, phone and address are shared only with the person or company making the delivery.

Cookies and visitor counting

• A necessary session cookie keeps you logged in.
• Your language preference and cart are stored only in your own browser.
• To count visits, your browser is given a random anonymous ID. Your IP address, location or anything identifying you is not stored for this purpose. Visit statistics are deleted after 60 days.
• Google services are used for maps and fonts, and Sun Döviz data for exchange rates.

Your rights

To find out, correct or delete the data we hold about you, contact us at +90 542 889 0675. You can also update your address and phone under "My Account → My Details".

Satın aldığınız ürünü, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde iade edebilir veya değiştirebilirsiniz.

• Ürün kullanılmamış, etiketleri sökülmemiş ve orijinal kutusu/ambalajıyla eksiksiz olmalıdır.
• Kask, balaklava, eldiven ve interkom gibi kişisel kullanım/hijyen ürünlerinde, ambalajı açılmış veya denenmiş ürünlerin iadesi kabul edilmeyebilir. Bu ürünleri satın almadan önce mağazamızda denemenizi öneririz.
• Yağ ve bakım ürünlerinde ambalajı açılmış ürünler iade alınmaz.
• Beden değişimi, stokta istenen beden varsa yapılır.

Nasıl iade ederim?

• Sipariş numaranızla birlikte WhatsApp'tan +90 542 889 0675 numarasına yazın veya mağazamıza gelin.
• Ürün kontrol edildikten sonra iade tutarı, ödeme yönteminize göre nakit veya havale ile geri ödenir ya da değişim yapılır.
• Kusurlu veya yanlış gönderilen ürünlerde değişim/iade masrafları GPZ Bike Point'e aittir.

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, with tags attached and in its complete original box/packaging.
• For personal/hygiene items such as helmets, balaclavas, gloves and intercoms, returns may not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the item tried on. We recommend trying these in our store before buying.
• Opened oils and care products cannot be returned.
• Size exchanges are made if the requested size is in stock.

How to return

• Message us on WhatsApp at +90 542 889 0675 with your order number, or visit our store.
• After the product is checked, the amount is refunded in cash or by bank transfer depending on your payment method, or the item is exchanged.
• For defective or wrongly sent products, return/exchange costs are covered by GPZ Bike Point.
